Its interface is very intuitive, and you can use most of its functions through its self-descriptive icons. The program has all the standard tools of any graphic application, such as brush, paintbrush, eraser, clone stamp, filler, and so on, so you won't have to reinvent the wheel. The program also has lots of effects that you can use to enhance your graphics.

An interesting function is the one called NeoGrab, which lets you make screen captures easily. This is useful if you make educational materials or other items that require showing how a process is carried out step-by-step.

All in all, it is a good and affordable graphic program.
